 I hope you had a great 2023 and I wish you a spectacular 2024!

It’s been a while since we’ve connected and I wanted to reach out and see how you’re doing and share what I’m up to in 2024.

As we enter the new year, I’m embarking upon a year of additional deep specialty training in women-centered coaching.

I have a vision of continuing to grow my coaching by clarifying and aligning with my mission to help women work through the inner glass ceilings that keep them playing small and unfulfilled in their lives.

I plan to help them understand how their traumas have impacted their nervous systems and literally dictate how they are showing up in their personal and professional life. 

If leadership is in their future,  I want to empower them to be in a growth mindset and say, “Why not me?”  

I would love to stay connected with you to share highlights of what I’m learning, as well as get your feedback and your support for what I’m going to be launching later this year.  2024 is a leap year and this is my year to leap into greatness!!

I'll be opening up a group coaching program towards the end of the year but will continue to offer 1:1 coaching.
